George Washington (1732 – 1799)

George Washington (1732 – 1799) was the Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army in the American Revolutionary War from 1775 to 1783, one of the Founding Fathers of the United States and served as the first President of the United States from 30 April 1789 to 4 March 1797. He also was a member of American Freemasonry.

George Washington served as the support of the British Empire one of the colonial army officer during the French and Indian War. In the American Revolutionary War, he led the continent to win the American Legion. He presided over the convention that drafted the current United States Constitution. Even while alive he was called the "father of his country".He returned to his reply to civilian life in Mount Vernon estate in 1783.
